No clue as to why I thought guacamole was so difficult to make but it’s so simple!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Avacados slightly soft
- 1 Vine tomato
- 1/2 white onion
- Franks red hot sauce
- Lemon juice
What you’ll need:
- Mixer (hand mixer or stand mixer both work, I prefer to use a stand mixer)
- Medium mixing bowl
- Glass jar to put it In with a top, Plastic is fine. But it stays fresher in glass
Steps:
- Cut up you avacados, I cut in half to remove the seed then I cut the half into slices with a butter knife throw into a mixing bowl
- Cut up the tomato’s into small cubes toss into mixing bowl
- Mince the 1/2 of the onion and toss into the mixing bowl
- Add a splash of lemon juice (adds flavor but helps slow down the oxidation of the avacado)
- Add as little as 1 teaspoon or as much as you would like of the franks hot sauce to the mixing bowl
- Mix all together on low until almost smooth or smooth depending on how you like it, I like mine a little chunky!
- Enjoy owith chips, on tacos or with a spoon!
